Jeff Wright, Broker/Owner: I have over 20 years of real estate experience in asset management including valuation, acquisition, management and disposition. Protecting your real estate investment while maximizing the performance of your asset is the most important part of our services. My real estate career began as an appraiser where I spent more than a decade performing property valuations ranging from single family and multi-family residential to complex land, dairy ranches, commercial buildings and vineyards. About the same time, I took an interest in originating private money loans, became an investor and managed my personal portfolio of rental homes. Over the past five years, I managed a portfolio of 500+ residential, commercial, and multi-family units and most recently was an acquisitions analyst for a national fix and flip company where I furthered my education in valuation, acquisition, asset management, and disposition. The technical skills I have acquired over the last 20 years coupled with my client first attitude makes me a perfect fit for real estate management.

I have worked with a vast array of customers and clients over the years ranging from accidental landlords and small investors to high net worth individuals and corporations with large portfolios. I am comfortable in any customer and client relationship and have the ability to listen, understand and deliver the services each situation requires.
